Behold! The hottest hot sauce KM Artisan has to offer! The Carolina Reaper pepper tops out between 1,600,000 - 2,200,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU)! Not to be trifled with! When they were in the kitchen, just the right ingredients with the subtle taste of grapes was such a revelation!! Naming it was just as fun! More heat...more taste... Reaper... fear... don’t fear.. bam! More Cowbell Reaper Hot Sauce! The perfect burn, the perfect name! Don’t fear it... or maybe a healthy fear is ok? Yes. We believe it is. Probably the tastiest burn you have in the medicine cabinet... um, the refrigerator!!
